- Firstly, practice your spelling and handwriting by Looking, Covering, Wring and Checking (do two or three lines of each).
- Then look up the meaning of the words, (click this link for a volcano glossary!)
- Then put the words into sentences. Don’t just do boring simple sentences! Do compound and complex sentences. Use openers and drop in clauses. Be creative with your sentences.
